How long will it take to ship my order?

After your nails are made, shipping usually takes about 2-3 days (Priority shipping) or 5-10 days (Standard shipping). This timeframe is an estimate. We try our best to ship orders on time, though is not guaranteed. We offer Rush My Order. Rush My Order is a service where we offer a skip ahead on orders. this gets your order in the front of the line for a fee. How long does it take to ship size kits?

Size kits are already made ahead of time. They ship out next business day.

My package said it was delivered by USPS, but I never received it. What do I do?

Once the packages have been dropped off at the post office, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Valencia Beauty Bar is not responsible for any refunds or replacements. You must file a claim with USPS in person or via their website using the tracking number provided. We do not offer refunds/exchanges due to the nature of the products. We do offer cancellations up to 24 hours after placing an order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
